Long story short, the favors driver did not want to carry the water up the stairs to my 2nd floor apartment. She left my order at the bottom of the stairs and my 65 year old husband and I, handicapped, carried the order up the stairs. I left a less than raving review for that driver and left a 5 star review for HEB because my HEB has always been good to me and my family. This morning, I woke up to a wonderful voicemail and email saying that my delivery charge and tip had been refunded. I shop at this HEB because it is close to the house and the employees there are so amazing. So kind and so helpful. From the shoppers that pull the orders, to the stockers, to the cashiers and the managers, even the people that work the pharmacy that greet me by name. All other grocery stores, or just other retailers in general, should take notes and strive to be like the people at my HEB. I really just can’t say enough to express how great all of the employees are here. Thank you to all that work here. You truly are a blessing and I look forward to seeing you on my Sunday trips to your/my HEB. ❤️
- AGAshley GarciaDec 13, 20251.0I haven’t been to the Atascocita H-E-B in a long time, but I stopped in Saturday around 10 AM for a simple floral arrangement and a balloon. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing in heb blooms . I asked Jennifer in the floral department for help, and she seemed completely uninterested. She continued working on an arrangement that wasn’t mine while barely acknowledging me. When I handed her the balloon I wanted, she told me to pay first and then come back in 10–15 minutes. That’s not how this is usually handled — normally the balloon is filled, tagged, and taken to the register to avoid wasting customers’ time. When I returned, someone else had blown up the balloon, and Jennifer had a smug, dismissive attitude the entire time. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary. I understand everyone has off days, but if you’re working customer-facing roles, basic courtesy is non-negotiable. This experience felt rushed, dismissive, and below the standard I expect from H-E-B.
