  Exactly what you expect from a chicken bistro. You get freshly grilled chicken that is served without flavors and you grab the sides yourself. Love the concept and the consistency. At $8 for leg and thigh, I felt a little ripped off, but the quality is worth every penny. Would definitely eat here again if I ever come to America once more.

  I regularly visit this Pollo Loco. This morning, I ordered a lunch burrito and a street corn chicken bowl. I always instruct them to add salsa, but they charge me without including it. I asked for unsweetened tea, but they served me sweet tea. They didn't bother to serve me correctly. This isn't the first time I've experienced this. They often serve me excessive rice and lettuce, but minimal chicken, which is often dry. They fill the burrito with too much rice to make it appear larger. The service is bad, and I won't return.
