- MBMistie Bennett3 days ago3.0I go to this location often. My favorite thing to do when I have to run errands or just need a pick me up is stop at Dutch Bros. I’m usually very happy with my order and the service. Yesterday I ordered a Pink Velvet Mocha, iced, with oat milk and it was so delicious I decided to go back today! However, today I was very disappointed. I never mind the wait because I consider it apart of the experience lol. Especially if my coffee is worth it. But today the broista messed up my order and gave me regular soft top instead of the pink velvet frosting. When I let him know he just put the pink velvet on top of the regular soft top and tried to give it to me. I asked him to remake it and the drink was so terrible I couldn’t drink it! I had to come back and ask for a refund. I have never had this issue before. It was so bad! The second drink he made didn’t seem to have any mocha in it at all. Maybe he was rushing because the line was long. I hate to leave a bad review because I love Dutch Bros and rave about it to family and friends all the time. Maybe they were short staffed. Idk. My only advice is please make the drinks with love and care. It may seem small but sometimes people stop here as a reward to themselves and paying for a nasty rushed drink sucks. Hopefully this never happens again.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
