I already tried Starbucks and was not too thrilled. It was cold it felt like fall so I was all in. I sat in the line and I ordered. First sip was almost as good as the first time I ever tried it. Not perfect but very close. I will go again

Every time we do order ahead, they do not have drinks ready and don’t begin making the drinks until we go to the window to pick up. Tonight I waited 19 minutes for my drinks from the time they were supposed to be picked up. This issue has made me late to work on several occasions. Very disappointed in this DB.

Every employee I talk to complains about how they barely like the job and a bunch of customers complain about how long we are in this line… I got here at 10:27 and guess what time it is? 10:56! Do something about this because not even Starbucks has ever had me waiting this long.

My pick up time was 20 minutes out from when I placed it which made sense due to they were high traffic. When I arrived at the window they told me it would be an additional 40 minutes for my order. You’re telling me an hour wait in coffee? That’s crazy. All they said was you can contact support to get a refund. When I went on the app to do so, support told me they can’t do so and to talk to the barista. I would just like my refund. I am a very understanding person and I can see you’re busy, but an hour wait on coffee when I did order ahead, seems like it needs to be managed better.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
