Jonathan the guy making the orders is doing everything on his own and is VERY VISIBLY frustrated, to the point where he is rude and snapping at customers. Today I waited 30 mins for a order of 1 pizza and the app still had no update, only that the pizza was still being prepared (not even in the oven yet) so i politely asked if i could cancel my order being that I had been waiting on the lobby for close to 15mins without even being greeted. He asked what was my name when I asked to cancel and he threw his arms up and said your pizza is coming out now! Very rudely. I told him how am I to know that when there’s no info on the app and he says well I’m only one person! Which again I understand but that shouldn’t be taken out on a customer that just wanted to make a purchase and was told on the app their pizza wouldn’t take more than 18mins. More associates with better attitudes are needed badly for this location.
