    Definitely the worst experience the Manager had to solving skills in a customer service issue , no problem solving skills were found under that management.

    We literally just left. This is the worst service, worst food and the manager said she pretty much had no recollection of the food orders in the Kitchen. We will never return to this location. We gave this location 3 chances and all 3 times they have literally got worse. We use to be a regular not anymore.

    Everything took for ever.. food wasn't fresh at time of serving and had to wait for our fríes after we were done eating... do not recommend

    They got rid of the Josh Cabernet/Merlot. I realize this isn’t a wine destination but it was good to have that as a selection. The canned wine, which they have now, (is awful and makes you gag) needs to go. My message to management is to bring back the bottled wine ASAP.

    We had to wait a bit to be seating just bc there was no one in the front. I think it was a low staff day bc only the same 2 girls were taking orders all around the restaurant and also seating people down. It was clean in our area of table. The corona we order was very hot it was pretty chilly out side waiter said it just depends on Bartender on their temperatures on glass bottle beers but still don’t matter the weather outside a beer should always be ready And very cold served. The waiter did offer a cold glass but what’s the point if order a glass bottle not draft. So there for i only got 1 beer if it was served nice and cold I would’ve order a few more. The food was good hot and nice. The Tv volume was way too loud.
