  Gave a 1 star due to my service. The order taker did a great job but the preparation of food was crap, I ordered a cinnamon roll got a cinnamon muffin. I ordered a lox and bagel, The bagel was green chili but got a cheese bagel, wanted it toasted but it was not toasted,ordered cream cheese with jalapeño got some orange spice goo ordered kepers none were there. The red onion was three slivers and a chunk it was bad. If I had just checked before I left I could have corrected the order. For almost $12.00 charged I was upset. I did not have any issues before this was my 3rd order. But I don't think 🤔 i will go back for a while. The food folks are paying $12.00 needs to have good preparation. Not just slopped together. You may want have someone show how to make a proper lox and cream cheese bagel

  I walked in and counted seven employees in there.Running around. Maybe there was one other customer besides me. Took about fifteen minutes to get my bagel and locks and cream cheese sandwich. Coffee is mediocre and not hot enough.Fresh is always better than the decanter..... The bagel sandwich was squished. And the cream cheese was melted, and the thing was falling.Apart very sloppy presentation.... You would think they're paying seven employees, they could get a bagel, right.... Tastes it okay but was by far the sloppiest.Most falling apart, bagel and cream cheese.I ever had in my life and I'll never come back.You guys need to get your act together

  I went here with my 1 year old son and he had 2 accidents one being milk spilt and the other being hot coffee. Luckily nobody was burned, the staff were very sweet and respectful and helped clean up I wish I remembered the employees names, but thank you guys so much. The reason I put 4 stars for the atmosphere is because there was only one high chair in the restaurant which was the reason my son had to sit on our laps and maybe the accidents could have definitely been avoided. I will definitely be coming back thank you!

  Excited that they are finally open. I have missed them since moving from Florida. I however certainly hope that the slightly larger Hispanic female is not the manager. No food safety training at all. Touching her face tugging on her short touching bare skin then proceeding to glove up with unwashed hands. Also decided that with a line and to go orders dragging (mine included) that this was the time to stop the team from their tasks for a team meeting. I sincerely hope you get it together and soon

  Food tasted fine. But the service was so so. Mostly teens working, so can’t be too hard on them. The flavored iced coffees are waaaaay too sweet. The Einsteins I knew and loved in Austin, TX had Carribou Coffee with perfectly balanced iced coffees. Not sure if franchise options vary, but that’s my only real complaint. Balance the iced coffee and this place can be great! Easy to fix. Overall, not too bad.
