However, I have not received any follow-up or clarity on what actions were taken so I feel it is necessary to share my experience with others in my community, where I have lived for over a decade . I have been a consistent customer since this location opened, but my visit last week during my morning routine was unacceptable. The employee who took my order did not ask for my name , and I didn't get her name neither( I'll insert pictures for identification ). After completing my order, she immediately went inside because there were no cars behind me and two in front of me. When I reached the window, my drink was already prepared and visible on the counter and it was handed to me by a different employee. After I left and arrived home, I noticed that “2 Chainz” had been written on my cup. As a Black woman , I found this to be offensive, and inappropriate. It's 2026 and this conversation is exhausting . Customers should be able to visit a coffee shop without being subjected to microaggressions, misgendering , and stereotypes. People from all walks of life work at this location . Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose trust in this location. This is a locally owned business, and it is important that employees uphold the standards necessary to protect its reputation. Incidents like this not only impact customers but also impacts the business as a whole.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
