- SMSergio munozApr 16, 20261.0I redeemed my free chips and guacamole at register and the cashier scanned it the first time and asked me to scan it multiple times again and said it has been redeemed. I had just redeemed it and the expiration was 5/20/26. The manager Alex asked if "I was sure I haven't redeemed it before" to the point I had to ask if he is calling me a liar. He was absolutely unprofessional, provided bad customer service, and unwilling to help. He stated I can always call the customer hotline. I have been using the app for years and have never been treated this way at any other location. I have reported my experience to Chipotle and do not recommend this location at all. Absolutely dissatisfied and will not be providing business at this location. Terrible customer service.

Had condensation all over the glass so couldn’t see any ingredients, asked a few times for them to wipe so we could see it and was ignored. Probably because most ingredients were empty. Employee looked to also be eating while making our food. Tables somewhat wiped off but food all over the floor. Chips were stale. And on top of it, total came out to $37 for 2 people. So prices have gone up and service and food has gone way down.

- CCcwp419Mar 26, 20261.0Ordered a kid's gauc quesidilla. When the order was picked up and noticed gauc wasn't in the meal, I told one of the workers. They didn't believe me at first, and dug through the meal with their disgusting unwashed bare hands only to confirm there wasn't gauc even thugh there should have been gauc. He added gauc to a meal he already dug his dirty hands through and didn't even apologize. This is absoluy unacceptable and corporate will be contacted. I will also be seeking a full refund on this order.
