  Everyone loves this brand, the food, the cleanliness, and the workers. However, this location, by far, is the worst franchise in the entire Houston area. It might be in the United States, who knows. Food is always eh, customer service is always a miss, items are always missing, and it's by far, one of the slowest. It's been like this for years. I don't often purchase in this area so when I go, I'm hoping it's better but it gets worse every time.

  Worst customer service, I’ve gotten. The girl taking my order needs more training because I said my first order clear before trying to order a second one which I had completely ended up discarding it (it was rush and she was having problems with putting that order in so I said nvm). The second girl I saw was at the pickup window, she gave me “an order” and when I noticed something was missing she didn’t try to resolve and just looked confused and gave me a shrug essentially. Then boom, a young lady comes by talking about MY ORDER. That lady at the window gave me the wrong order and the car in front of me! I then noticed that the girl that took my order put it wrong! The young lady was sweet and tried to resolve it at least but I will not be coming back here again. Stop putting trainees on the main floor if they clearly aren’t ready.

  They open at 5:30am supposedly. I've went here 2 days this week and didn't receive my food until 5:49am. The first day they didn't open up until 5:38. Received my food at 5:51. The second day, they opened at 5:35. I didn't receive my food until 5:49! This is absolutely ridiculous for Chic-fil-a. You definitely need to do better!! I have to be to work at 6am and only came here because you're supposed to open at 5:30!!

  I am very disappointed at chick-fil-A this morning this chicken biscuit is not right the size of the chicken is really small and thin and it's not worth the 4.00 dollars i spent i didn't eat it , the biscuit was bigger then the chicken , I couldn't take it right back , due to me having to go to work,but will take it back and get my refund back 😢

  The only complete i have today is stopped in before work@ 5:19 p.m. and the cashier Matt Michael if this is his name thats on my recipient, got my cup and dipped it into the ice machine.I asked him do they usually dip cups into ice and he said yes that they do. I told him to throw my cup away and get me another cup but without ice. As the next customer came up behind me she stated that she didn't want any ice so the cashier poured the ice back into the ice machine and proceeded to fill up her cup and gave it to here..My complaint is that i told the young man do you know that it's cross contamination and he just looked at me..Yall really need to teach your employees about cross contamination and not to dip a clean cup into the ice machine.
