- CCChyanne Chin1 day ago1.0Firstly, no greeting when you enter and they were just standing around on phones acting like it was a burden to serve customers. We were polite, but they were making absolute no conversation and kept straight unfriendly faces. They are not welcoming in the slightest and two of them kept their headphones in the whole time. They also did not their wash hands before helping us after touching their phone. Terrible service and will not come back or recommend. Even when there were other customers they immediately went back on their phones without greeting those customers and to no surprise went back to their phones once again after serving. This was May 1st around 7:30 pm.

They also have these miniature cakes that look absolutely ADORABLE!!!! I haven't tried those either. I don't know if they are regular or icecream cakes. The friendliness and customer service varies depending on who's working on any particular day. I've had excellent to not so great service but nothing terrible😏 Overall I love going to this location if I feel for an icecream treat.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
