  If I could give zero Stars I would. And I absolutely hate saying that about a restaurant, especially after being a general manager at fast food for multiple years. The customer service here is zero. The food quality is horrible. Every experience that I have had here I've had to call in and have my food remade now. I've tried to give them another chance because this is what my kids wanted for dinner and I decided to check my food at the window and get attitude from the workers working that I'm checking my food to make sure that it's correct so that I don't drive all the way home and have wrong food again. Next time we will make sure that we drive a little bit further away from home and go to the McDonald's on main Street in Weatherford and hope that our experience is decent.

  Late night crew was slow, the fries were barely warm and had been sitting for awhile. The quarter pounder with cheese and bacon had a ton of onion on it that wasn't throughly sliced and included the hard part. They forgot my drink, I had to roll back around to wait behind 2 other cars for it and then they gave me a small instead of a medium lol. It is what it is, but next time I'll keep on driving until I get to the Weatherford McDonald's or hit up Jack in the Box.

  If I could rate it negative stars, I would gladly do so. I ordered on the app and have my confirmation email to prove that as well. The app messed up and I was not able to receive my food. The manager, Dulce, was very dismissive and didn’t help me out in the slightest. She just kept asking me to cancel in the app after I told her and another manager that the app was not working. Even other customers said it wasn’t working. Later when I called to read her the policy from the McDonald’s website, she got into a screaming match with me by continuously talking over me. I just wanted my food or a refund, but apparently I wasn’t able to do that until the general manager said it was ok. It states in the McDonald’s policy that if there a problem with mobile order and pay, that I need to go to the location to either get a refund or resolution to the problem. I asked about that the first time, and was told there was nothing she could do. Worst McDonald’s location ever. Management included.
