  Clarence, the H-E-B Pharmacy manager does not know how to talk to people. He is extremely rude and presents himself with a godlike complex. Stay away if you can.

  Clarence, the H-E-B pharmacy manager has horrible customer service call up to ask for help To see if they’re starting to carry one of my prescriptions in stock now instead of having to wait weeks for it, Clarence decided to give me an attitude and act all high and mighty. Then when I said that if he keeps giving me an attitude, I’ll just move to a different pharmacy he said not a problem and hung up the phone on me. At the time I did not know he was the pharmacy manager So I called back up there to find out who it was, and he announced himself as a pharmacy manager. I asked if it was him who I just talked to. He says yes and continue to give me an even bigger attitude. If you insurance takes a different pharmacy I recommend doing it as long as Clarence is there.

  I’ve had a great experience shopping at the H-E-B in Hudson Oaks, Texas. The store is always clean, well stocked, and organized, which makes it easy to find everything I need. The produce is consistently fresh, and the quality of their store brand items is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, and you can tell they take pride in keeping the store running smoothly. Checkout is usually quick, and even when it’s busy, things move efficiently. I also appreciate the wide selection, from everyday essentials to specialty items, all at reasonable prices. Overall, this location provides a reliable and pleasant shopping experience, and it’s clear why H-E-B has such a strong reputation.

  We drove from Eagle Mountain because this store is the only one I could find a certain brand of cottage cheese. They didn't have any on the shelf but a very nice gentleman went to the back and found exactly what I wanted. Then the sweet lady bagging groceries did a great job of keeping cold things, meat, and non food items separate. This would seem to be normal, but can't tell you how many places just throw things into the bags. Thank you, H-E-B!

  HEB is usually our go-to grocery store. But I wanted to leave a review on how sweet the staff is. My kiddo is autistic and nonverbal. She pointed to a balloon they had for one of their sample tables. The employees at the table were so sweet and patient with her. We were about to check out and she accidentally let go of the balloon. As we were unloading at the check out lane, a wonderful employee brought her another one because they saw it float up to the ceiling. They made her day. Thank you so much for the kindness y'all have shown.
