- CDCarmen DeLaRosa2 days ago5.0HEB is usually our go-to grocery store. But I wanted to leave a review on how sweet the staff is. My kiddo is autistic and nonverbal. She pointed to a balloon they had for one of their sample tables. The employees at the table were so sweet and patient with her. We were about to check out and she accidentally let go of the balloon. As we were unloading at the check out lane, a wonderful employee brought her another one because they saw it float up to the ceiling. They made her day. Thank you so much for the kindness y'all have shown.

When I questioned The lady she had no idea what to tell me. So now I have To go back into the store to get what they said they didn’t have. I found everything I needed I will Never order pick up groceries from this store again. To top it all off I waited For over 15 min for them to bring it out to me. Horrible HEB 😡
