I reached out & was told, "Just pop in next time & tell them to make you a free drink" The girl taking orders looked at me like I was stupid, which I get is a ridiculous way to "redeem" a free drink, but the company needs to realize that. Physical coupons need to be given, or even points on the account.

I am now getting in my car at 10:40 am due to a young man in a blue Hollister hoodie grabbing my drink upon arrival, and then putting it back in the fridge. I assumed he grabbed the wrong one. As time passed, customers who did walk up orders were getting their drinks before me. Another man and I noticed drinks sitting in the window with no names being called. I finally walked back up to the window and a blonde teenager asked for my name- she goes and gets it and I say “I don’t understand why mine was put back in the fridge, to be told oh I’m sorry,” with a lovely rude attitude.

Then when i confront the girl she wants to say she did not add it and said there must have been a mistake and makes a comment that i never tip on a rude way. She was thr only one that touched the tablet and never turned ot around for me to finalize the tranzactuin. You are correct im not sitting at a table having yous serve me. Im simply ordering a basic menu drink that you are paid an hourly wage to make you hand me a cup where the drink is spilling out making a mess.

I was there recently and there were cars lined up almost wrapping around the building. “Pick the shortest line” sign was out but apparently no one can read and the staff doesn’t direct the cars or help at all. In fact, when I followed the signage and entered into the shortest line the girl taking my order was incredibly rude to me about it. It seems like they’re not well managed and potentially understaffed. Probably one of the worst DB locations. You’ll likely have to wait 30 minutes to get your drink.. or worse, be accosted by a teenager for being able to read and follow direction.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
