Not “a little light.” Not debatable. Objectively unacceptable portions that never should have left the line. If these portions had been placed in front of me at the counter, I would have immediately refused them and asked for them to be remade. The only reason this made it out the door is because it was a mobile order — and that says everything. I am not a heavy eater, I do not complain about portions, and I do not leave reviews lightly. Receiving two separate items that were both this undersized removes any excuse of error. This was either complete negligence or a deliberate decision to short a customer who wasn’t standing there to see it happen. Whoever was responsible for mobile orders during this shift should not be working that station until they understand what an acceptable portion actually is. This reflects poorly on the store and on Chipotle as a whole.
