  Ordered boneless wings and had to wait 45 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be ready to find out when I get home that half the wings were RAW. Again, RAW. I’ve always had horrible experiences with waiting and customer service here, but this is just next level and dangerous.

  Employees seems to be having fun and enjoying their shift but no sense of urgency to put out orders. I’m currently waiting along with about 7 other people here for pickups. Order was said to be ready at 5:30 and it’s 6pm either no ready time.

  I frequent this location often because I work near it, it’s quite literally the slowest customer service of any wingstop I’ve ever been to. The older black lady who works the front, although she’s nice, she doesn’t seem to be able to understand how to keep up with the needs of a fast paced restaurant, as the line is always long and she struggles to keep it down, trying to get your order taken with her takes 3x longer then it should

  Only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the food was good and fresh. Customer service was horrible. I did and online pickup order for a 10 piece combo and 5 extra pieces on the side. I go to pick up and she casually says we have no drinks and walks away. Then start talking to an employee. I see the manger and I ask is there some type of compensation for the drink she says no. You didnt pay for it...its like its free when you get the combo. But I ordered a combo thats has wings fries drink and sauce. She said I'll give you another sauce. I dont need the sauce I need the drink. Why advertise a combo if you don't have all the stuff. Now I'm headed to a gas station or convenience store for a drink that was supposed to be included. She didnt care ..walked off. 1st and last time using this Wingstop. This should've been the 1st thing mentioned not address it in passing with no solution or care. Customer service is lacking and people wonder why they go to virtual service or robots. Its almost the same type of care.

  Horrible experience. I ordered via Doordash. Took so long for them to get out the food to the driver he actually left. I tried calling the store and no one answered. Before the driver left he said other drivers after him were being served and leaving with orders. Doordash is trying to find another driver.
