  The service was great, and the food was hot and fresh. I love the idea of garlic parmesan, but have never had it at Wingstop where I really liked it. It has always been more oil and less garlic parmesan. This is the first time that I have ever had garlic parmesan at Wingstop that tasted like garlic parmesan and it was amazing! My only regret was that my niece ordered it instead of me, so I only had a few bites of hers. She got lemon pepper and garlic parmesan and they were both impeccable. I had the spicy Korean and cajun, and they were sauce perfectly. It's a bit of a stretch from home, but if I am every in the area, I will definitely stop by again. I highly recommend this a Wingstop, particularly over all others. It is worth it, especially if you are in the area.

  Rude customer service….. I should’ve left with that initial interaction upon entering the establishment. But my son was hungry so I ordered some wings. 12 pieces of two flavors of which the wings came out super over fried. I mean rock solid hard wings that was so unenjoyable to eat. My son ended up eating only 2 wings. Coming from the restaurant industry myself . I would never employee that staff working the cashier. Don’t come to this wingstop you’ll regret your experience. I should’ve read the reviews prior.

  This has to be the most cleanest & friendliest wing stop I have been to! Staff is very friendly, everything is clean including restroom wings came hot & fries were perfect!

  Can’t believe we have to review again for the same issue 2-3 months ago. They keep missing stuff from my order. It’s the same thing (veggie sticks) that got missing again from my order for the 3rd time. We called the store and every time we were asked to come back for the veggie sticks. We clearly don’t have time for that. It is frustrating now that every time you come you have to check your order, CAN NOT trust the service at all. And when you call them, they keep saying their employee did put the veggie in the bag. We don’t have time to call and argue just for a veggie stick order and make ourselves more frustrating for just an take out dinner. Customer service and staff clearly need tp be trained better.

  Hello, My son, who is not yet eight years old, likes to order the wing stop chicken ,He went into this store while I stayed behind him watching. He spoke to the employee and told her that he wanted six boneless pieces. She said she did not understand him, and he felt embarrassed. He is only seven years old and was trying his best, so I stepped in and told her that she could try to listen to him because he was trying to say what he wanted. Before I could finish speaking, she started yelling at us and kicked us out of the store for no reason. When I called customer service, they told me to try going back and ask for the manager. When I did that, she kicked me out again and even tried to record me on her phone as if I had done something wrong. Honestly, it was a shock for me and for my son, who now does not want to go near that store again or eat the chicken he used to like.
