  I called a week ago because my order never arrived and asked for a refund, but no one has responded to me yet. Honestly, your customer service is terrible. I need my money back.

  I had a terrible experience at this Wingstop location. The wait time was completely unacceptable — over an hour for our order placed online, only to receive cold food. If customers are expected to wait that long, the least you can do is serve fresh, hot food… but that clearly isn’t happening here. To make things worse, the environment was chaotic and unprofessional. Employees were being fired while my husband was literally standing there waiting for our order. That alone says a lot about how poorly this place is being managed. On top of that, we didn’t even receive everything correctly. My husband had to go to the back himself just to get the sauce that was supposed to come with the order. Meanwhile, staff seemed completely disorganized — one employee stuck only doing fries while no one else stepped in to help or make sure orders were right. At this point, the only reason I would ever come back is to tell them firsthand how terrible this establishment is. I would greatly appreciate the general manager, Joshua Pollard, reaching out to me, because clearly there needs to be a serious conversation about how to properly run a business. Overall, this location is extremely poorly run. Long waits, cold food, missing items, and unprofessional behavior. Definitely not worth the time or money.

  This is the worst of the worst Wingstop in America--- the outside smoking--in work clothes---the unprofessional ---cursing club vibe---Ridiculous---- I'll travel to the next Wingstop before I ever order here again..

  I am utterly appalled by the customer service at Wingstop. I recently placed an order, only to receive the completely wrong items. Thinking it was just an unfortunate mistake, I called the restaurant to rectify the issue. Instead of resolving it, they sent me someone else’s order that had been placed over 2.5 hours prior! To make matters worse, once again, it was the wrong order. This level of incompetence and lack of integrity is unacceptable. It’s frustrating to deal with a business that doesn’t seem to care about getting orders right or providing any form of proper customer service. After two tries and total disregard for my time, I can confidently say I will not be returning to Wingstop. If you value your time and money, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your wing fix.
