  Ordered on the app and paid used my birthday free entree total sill over $50. Got confirmation . Then driver picked up order. The driver waiting on order 20 minutes later. Drive said another dasher got the order by mistake and she was trying to re order . Got order cancelled from door dash. I didn’t order from door dash I ordered and paid on Willie’s app. I didn’t order the help button it said call Willie’s . I did , order showed complete on Willie’s app. They said they would be happy to remake order but would need to call door dash to get another driver to bring it. She called me back about 15 minutes later and said my only option was to come get it. I asked about refund and was told willies would have to get refund from door dash and when they got it they would refund me in about 5 days. Remember I paid on the Willie’s app but door dash has my money?how is that possible? So 3 hours after the order was placed on the Willie’s App I have no food , paid over $50 that I might get back in 5 days. Would you order from there again or use their App? How much if my information did they share with door dash? Who ever picked up the first order has my name , address and phone number. Did they even work for door dash?

  I ordered the cheddar burger and the burger was dry. The caramelized onions had the taste of the fridge in them. The onion ring batter did not stick to the onions at all.

  I won a gift card from the Rod Ryan Show and was entered into the Cabo getaway, Into the ocean with Blue October. Johnny was our server he did an excellent job. Food was great. Beers were cold. Had a great time.

  Trey was AMAZING! Talk about a great waiter, he was polite, didn't miss a beat and made sure we were GREAT every step of the way! Food was fresh, atmosphere was friendly we will return, THANKS TREY FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY 🙏🏾

  Food was oook nothing special not bad..we didn't like the Fry on the fish and the flavor was not there. The Drinks was good and and service was great . Gm come to check on us and other servers came to check, so we never had to go without refills. My son had a boil of shrimp and Crawfish with the hottest sauce they had and we had to ask for the hottest seasoning just to give it heat and some flavor but he siad he enjoyed It....It was busy at the time my family got there and everyone was attentive. It was our first time eating there maybe we would try something different if we go back..
