  The restaurant was clean and the staff seemed to really care. Maddy was our waitress and she was attentive and sweet! She recommended the wonka which was so big me and my husband couldn’t finish it!

  Yes the service and food are excellent. I may stop going there for the waitress that gave us a full view of her bottom buns. Nothing was appealing about this view because we r seated. There is food service here. Pls think this Thru. Thank you so much

  Ate out on the patio today. Weather was great, birds singing in the trees. Fast friendly service. Menu easy to read and understand. Iced Tea was fresh and delish, large baked potatoe was delish cooked just to right tenderness. Generous on butter and cheese.

  Crawfish came out zero spice snow crab was spicy and good but then the crawfish was remade and again I’d swear they just reheated the same ones and served them to me again. Very disappointing Second thing is the service is the slowest service I’ve probably every had aswell taking so long to get a drink or the ticket feels like for ever

  We absolutely love Willie’s but this was our first visit to the Katy location and it wasn’t nearly up to par with the others. The cobb salad had less than half the amount of chicken as other locations and the lettuce was giant chunks with brown and wilted pieces. Seriously just one small crumble of bacon on the entire thing. It was very disappointing as this is a very good salad at the other locations. The fries were soggy on another meal. We ordered the Willy Wonka for dessert and the brownie was good but the ice cream was less than one large scoop like usual and had an icey cheap taste to it. Maybe all locations have recently changed to cheap ice cream but as of two weeks ago, they’ve always been delicious. This one wasn’t even warm and they’re usually hot. The queso blanco was just as good as the other locations but everything else felt like a much more cheap quality. Unrelated to the food, our server might have been the only one on duty at 1pm on a Sunday. She had our table in the middle of the restaurant, all the outer tables, and even some outside on the patio. She rarely visited our table but was sweet and clearly working hard. I’ll stick to the Cypress and Willowbrook locations from now on.
