Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    I love this place! Everyone is so nice and friendly here! I got a patty melt with no onion, add bacon and jalapeño recommend by the OP. She said it was a good add ons to the burger and she was right. It was amazing! I would come back here and make that my new go to item! Everything was fresh even the fries. I love how this location is very thoughtful about their customers If you’re around this area or even drive by, I would recommend it to anyone! I’m coming back here when I want another whataburger.

    I love Whataburger! I came here earlier for lunch to try the new burger I saw advertised. I tried it and it was the best burger I’ve had in a while! I couldn’t get over the fact it was so savory! Everything was so clean and my order was right!

    Went with my girlfriend today and saw that there was a new girl working and a gentleman named Keshon was holding it down taking care of everything in the back while guiding the new trainee and handling drive thru at the same time. Usually never speak on employee’s but this time I felt the need to because hard work deserves appraisal and appreciation sometimes. Thank you late night crew. God bless.

    I ordered in the drive thru in the left lane. When I pulled up to the window, I was told that I was supposed to pay in the right lane. Honest mistake on my part. None of that is a problem. The problem is that when I opened the bag, my fries were put in completely upside down. I have reason to believe that this was intentional, based on the fact that the lady in grey shirt rolled her eyes as she handed me my bag. Look, I get it. It was annoying that someone drove into the wrong lane. But that’s no good reason to be petty and unprofessional.

    The new crew working here are slow, can't get orders correct, can't figure out how to use their own electronics and don't understand customer service. One girl while asking for payment looked for my name on their digital tablet. She confirmed that the person inside had recorded my name wrong intentionally putting down a mans name instead of my own. There is no way to mistake "Jill" for 'Steve'. So she decided to try and correct the name but ended up deleting my order. So without an order she couldn't take payment from me. Unable to take payment she went back inside. Then another girl came out with my food, dangled it in front of me and confirmed that I hadn't made payment yet. She then took the food back from me and said she would need to re-create my order and take payment before she could give me my food in a few minutes, which by then it would be cold. This is the third time I have been unable to complete orders at this location. Both previous times they have been unable to keep up with demand leading to a long line of cars snaking through the parking lot. Everyone there needs to be fired or properly trained. They seem unmotivated or uninclined to provide prompt and accurate service.
