Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun.     I placed a mobile order. The expected time of pickup was less than 10 minutes. I waited. Pulled up to a curbside spot, drive thru was an unavailable option for some unknown reason. I waited 8 minutes. Went inside. Waited. An employee was placing an order that seemed intriguing to the young man taking his order and the young man that had grabbed my order, but had to comment on his coworker's order and dab him up. When I was able to get his attention, I was given my not so much curbside order and an apology. I was not happy. Anyway, I did enjoy my tacos.

    Order # 194196575 Mondays 03/30/26 10:30pm I honestly give up on this location. I placed my order through the app and came to pick it up. Elderly Hispanic man told me to order through the kiosk and left to the back. I already ordered I don't need to order again. He scrambles to do other orders and after waiting 10 minutes he ask if I am here for delivery. I say no and say I'm here to pick up. I give him my name and I don't see him again for another 5 minutes. He comes back and ask me name again. I say the samething and I never see him again. Another person ask how they can help. I give my name and he gives me my order that was around the corner In The "Uber" section. Why is my order over there? And why did I have to waste my time for something that was easily solvable? Who hired this person and why is everything so disorganized

    Ordered a chocolate milkshake. The employee hands it to us and I look and it’s white. I mean I know they pump the chocolate into vanilla shake mix and it can come out light butttt. Anyways he says oh you can taste it so I do and I say “ no that’s def vanilla.” He just stares at me like I’m being a Karen. So I just say it’s fine and drive off but what the heck. He may have put in one squirt of the chocolate because my bf’s vanilla shake was a little whiter but not enough to actually taste it. If I order a chocolate milkshake I expect to be overwhelmed with chocolate not a hint. Do better cause that’s just stupid. As someone who worked at whataburger in highschool ts genuinely not that hard to just keep adding chocolate until it looks like a chocolate shake. Oml

    had a great experience at Whataburger. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I expected, but what really stood out was the customer service. A special shoutout to Stace — truly amazing! They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to see that level of care and positive attitude these days, especially during busy hours.

    Ever since this stephanie was made manager, the place has gone to shit! If you order curbside, you still have to get off to go inside and get it. They will always mess up your order, they can never get it right. You can't call it fast food cause you'll be waiting over 20 minutes for your good! Some of those young employees need an attitude adjustment. Get rid of that manager and get this place running right!
