  I had a really disappointing experience at the Whataburger on Westpark and Highway 6 during the night shift. The service was painfully slow even though there weren’t many cars in line, I waited over 25 minutes just to get my order. When I finally got my food, it was cold and clearly had been sitting out for a while. The staff seemed completely unorganized and uninterested. There was no sense of urgency, and communication between employees looked chaotic. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect, and when I tried to address it, the response I got was rude and dismissive. I expect better from a place that usually has a solid reputation. Late night customers deserve the same level of service as daytime ones, but this location clearly doesn’t deliver. I won’t be coming back during night hours I’d strongly recommend that management take a closer look at the night shift operations at this location. There seems to be a clear lack of supervision, organization, and basic customer service standards during late hours. Improving staff training, accountability, and communication could make a big difference. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with long waits, incorrect orders, and rude interactions especially at a wellknown chain

  Whataburger drive thru was really fast and both Yostin and Ghala were fast and have great customer service. They both worked together really well with my order and were just amazing!! The food was very hot and fresh for such little time. I definitely recommended and would come back for more.

  One of the worst Whataburger locations around. They take your order, take forever, and don’t get the order specifics right. Unprofessional and can’t comprehend order requests.

  First my cashier Short change me 40 cents. Cashier Angle G, once I told her she short changed me, she said you want it. No apologies no worries 😉- Then after ordering 6 burgers and large French fries I noticed I was given 3 ketchups. So I went inside and grab 3 more ketchups. I get home and I noticed that I was missing a burger- This is really bad customer service, and seems like intentional burden.
