  I had a really frustrating experience at this location. I placed my order online for pickup, at 10:50am, expecting it to be ready when I arrived, but that wasn’t the case at all. When I got there, my order hadn’t even been prepared yet, and I ended up waiting 20 minutes just to get one burguer!

  Onion Rings were not the best today but overall the meal was good. The cashier brought my order to me instead of yelling my name across the room. She gets 5 stars for going the extra mile.

  I hesitate to review a “regular ole” whataburger because I don’t want y’all flocking to it and backing up the lines. But it’s noteworthy. This location is my goto and I will go out of my way to visit it. Always hot, always fresh and most importantly, always right! I credit the management. It’s a tough, tucked away location on a busy corner, but so worth the u-turn!

  To be very honest, came here earlier in the day and got a Whataburger large fries and a medium drink. I asked for refresh food. I expected a long way and I didn’t mind, but I got my food fairly fast. I was able to grab my bag and start eating my fries as I was walking out, but had somewhere to go too came back. I asked for a refund the manager Marco’s insisted to try to make things right and offer me a free meal of any of my choosing I told him no I just want money. I don’t wanna come here ever again and he says it looks just please allow me to do this for you so I came back later on that night. He granted me any meal so I chose the patty melt. I asked if I could make it a large he said yes he then said he was gonna make it himself. This is probably the best patty burger I’ve ever had any Whataburger and I love Whataburger and come a lot so Marcos I appreciate you as a manager keeping a happy customer and I’ll be coming back and appreciate you for the fresh amazing meal as soon as I grabbed the bag, I felt the heat now that’s what you call fresh Whataburger where they find a way to make you stay trademark Chris O
