  Horrible experience, food was bad and the lady didn't even give me what i ordered ! When i phoned them to complain they put the phone down in my ear ! they refused to talk to me !..... Give it a miss they will take your money and give you a cheaper item ! this is borderline theft! This was my first Wendy's experience, I can say with confidence it was my last !

  This is my second time ordering here this week. The first time the gentleman was extremely friendly and made the food fresh like I asked. He told me I had to wait and it was no problem. I come back the next day and ask the same thing if my food could be made fresh and I had no problem waiting . Instead of making it fresh they literally dropped my sandwich back in grease . I tried calling and the lady just hanging up the phone . I literally had to drive to the location when I arrived I seen for my self her answering and hanging the phone up .

  Today I had the pleasure to meet the rudest Wendys employee ever, if you don’t like to be decent to customers please go work somewhere else, short Hispanic male with a green collar shirt. Go find a job that makes you happy, treating people miserably because you are miserable isn’t going to help. God bless you.

  Really dry burger patties, one of my sandwiches was basically out of the wrapper the whole side of the bag was soaked from the condiments. The fries were clearly old, you can tell they didn’t want to give me empty fries containers but they didn’t want to make a fresh batch. The containers were half old fries and half super old fries they were almost rock hard and dark brown. You have the soda machine with the 1000 flavors or whatever and you don’t have 1 single diet or sugar free soda!? Wait time didn’t justify my service received. We asked for regular nuggets and 3 of the 4 were spicy. If it were for me it would’ve been ok but I wanted them for my child.
