  The slowest fast food restaurant around. The only guarantee you get from this place is they will ask you to “pull up to the white line” even when there is nobody behind you in line

  The manager at this location was completely unprofessional, aggressive, and disrespectful. I came through the drive-thru calmly and respectfully, asking if I could pay for a little extra in my caramel frappe….something that is a simple and reasonable request. Instead of handling it like a professional, she responded with attitude and unnecessary aggression. As someone who works in fast food, I know how customers should be treated, and this was far below standard……especially for a manager. I had to come inside just to resolve the situation, which should never have been necessary. I did receive a refund, but that does not excuse the way I was treated. No customer should be made to feel disrespected or targeted when they approached the situation respectfully. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire store and raises serious concerns about leadership, accountability, and how customers are treated at this location. This needs to be addressed at a higher level
