  Went today for lunch and the lady working at the drive thru has a really bad attitude. This is my second time going to this Wendy's experiencing this type of service and asked me to move by the door . I thought it was because someone was behind me but no it was to manage time. She finally came and handed my food with an attitude fries were cold and nasty. No receipt just plain rudeness and cold old fries.

  Went through drive-through to order some food. When I get to the window I pay and they instantly make me move. Which I did. They come give me my order, burgers are wet, cold, fries are not even fresh, cold as well and im missing the straws for 3 orders. One more thing , one piece of napkin. This is ridiculous. Dont waste your time coming here. They need to do better!

  Card skimmer here. Haven’t used my card all week and the one time I unlock it to buy food there’s a random charge to Bank of America right after my Wendy’s charge. There’s not even a branch close by to here. The ladies in there are scamming. Beware.

  Fran had a problem when I told her not to touch my food without gloves she laughed and said in Spanish “that’s what they do when they don’t want to pay” which I had already payed before getting my food so that comment was irrelevant! It’s not funny to contaminate food you’re handling money and touching people’s food. That’s gross and the manager didn’t correct her! I spent $45 for FRAN TO LAUGH IN MY FACE BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT HER DIRTY HANDS ON MY FOOD! Stay away from this place!!!!! Fran is the one at the register!

  Que servicio tan pésimo espere 33 minutos y me fui sin el pedido la gerente de turno estaba ahí, y hacía caso omiso a todo lo que sucedía EL EL PEOR AL QUE HE IDO!!!!!!
