  I don't know who's running this Wendy's but they need to be fired. Why are there 4 ladies working the back of the restaurant and one guy working the front? The ladies in the back didn't even acknowledge that there was a line of people waiting to get their orders taken and their food! The poor gentleman who was working the counter was doing his best to keep up. I felt bad for him knowing that there were other employees that could've helped. Drive thru was coming in and out. But the dining room was taking forever. Not only that there was a FLY in my bag. Safe to say I'm skipping this Wendy's and going anywhere else. To the gentleman working the front I commend you for your hard work and customer service.

  I placed a mobile order to dine in. About 8 min later I went to check in and the guy told me they were working on it. Almost 15 minutes later after that, he said that the manager’s priority was to get all drive thru orders out first. The manager and drive thru cashier just kept looking at me on and off. When they knew I was upset they tried to keep their backs to me as to ignore me. When I asked the cashier to let me speak to the manager, she told in her Spanish and the manager was making faces and didn’t want to. I could see her face profile and I could read the cashier’s lips “es Que está allí” She was like “ughhh” & came up with a funky face with an attitude. I told her I’d been waiting at least 15 min. She said they had to make nuggets. I know dang well they don’t take that long. They had forgot about my order! They literally served 6 people after me. When I got my order it was cold, wrong AND was served as carry out. Manager desnalgada! Oh and the restaurant needs a lot of cleaning. Tables were sticky and chairs had crumbs/dirty!

  For the amount of stuff we ordered they were fast and friendly. I enjoy coming to this Wendy's. Frosty were the best part😁 We will be back

  Terrible experience!! first off the staff is uninviting and they was all speaking spanish amd not acknowledging guest. Me and my family ( 5 of us ) ordered multiple items spending over $50 and they gave us 3 bbq sauces and made us pay extra . we get our food its cold like a freezer , so i go back to get the food remade and attitudes went in the air. the girl was going from cash register to food , the other girl was cooing and prepping with no gloves definitely need a better manager and training . Will not be back and did not eat my food
