  This is the most unprofessional fast food restaurant in terminal A. Me and my coworker went here on April 4, 2026 at 7:23pm. I order a baconator and she order 10 spicy nuggets. Our cashier “Joshua” was high out of his mind to the point I can smell it. As we paid I looked at my receipt and I notice he put me down for a single patty. I brought it to his attention and he said it was right, until he came back saying it was wrong but they’ll fix it. So I thought everything was fine and they would compensate me for his actions. Until later a female worker came to me and said she has to charge me for the difference. I questioned “why” it’s not my fault he messed up, she proceeded to say she has to do it. I don’t want any problems so I said okay because I don’t want any trouble. Now we they made the food and I proceeded to ask for condiments and Joshua threw a ketchup packet at me and it landed on the floor and I had to pick it up. Once me and my coworker gets back she takes a bite of her nuggets to which it was just regular nuggets. That was our final straw and we called up there multiple times however nobody answered. Now we’re leaving this review to get the manger’s attention or the HR department to please compensate us or talk to your fellow employees to not be high on the job. This is so unprofessional!!

  Want to send a huge thank you to Miguel at cashiering station, and the employees working here. They are beyond sweet and make sure to treat their customers exceptionally well!
