- HNHouston NativeApr 30, 20262.0Service was inattentive, people who ordered after I placed my order all got their food first, then the manager came over and asked what I had ordered. Then I asked for some sauce and they charged me 50¢, I laughed after waiting over 15 minutes just to be asked what I ordered, so I put $3 on the counter and told the manager to let that pay for the next person who wants some sauce. She then rang me up and tried to give me my change, I left the money and walked out with my food. The fries were way way over salted, I got the new jalapeno ranch: the ranch was running all over the place and all of the jalapenos where in one pile in the corner of the meat. I was hoping for good food, only went here because the Burger King lobby across the street was closed 1rst&last impression all in the same visit
