  The food is okay and now Wendy's selling cookies,, and those cookies are good especially the chocolate chip.

  Nancy was a wonderful help. Her and the manager made sure our food was good and answered every request for service with a smile. She even remembered our names when we went back to the counter. Wonderful service!!!

  I stopped by Wendy’s today and had an excellent experience thanks to Nancy at the counter. She greeted me with a beautiful smile, had a great attitude, and her service was truly on point. She was friendly, efficient, and made everything quick and easy. As a business owner, I really appreciate good service, and Nancy stood out. It’s not something you see every day—she definitely deserves recognition!

  Ordered on Uber Eats because of a promo and to have my son to pick up for late dinner on his way home. It was supposed to be ready at 9:05 P.M. my son arrived the 9:15. They told him they could not hand the order until I clicked I got my order on the Uber Eats app. I did exactly that and 15 minutes later still nothing then at 9:40 they said needed to see confirmation I clicked which anyone that’s used Uber Eats knows that it only shows as past orders. Mind you I asked multiple times for supervisor but the young man refused and still took them until 953 P.M. to hand the order to my son. ***I kept asking for a supervisor, per my son she was there but refused to take my call. I apologize to the young man who did take my phone call as I thought he was refusing to transfer me to the supervisor.

  Order was supposed to be ready at 9:05 P.M. my son arrived the 915. They told him they could not hand him the order until I clicked on . I got my order on the Uber Eats app. I did that and they still took them until 953 P.M. to hand me the order. They kept insisting it didn’t show has picked up on their side even when showing them the order on Past orders on the Uber Eats app I kept asking for a supervisor, over the phone and the “gentleman” refused never gave me his name nor allowed me to speak with the super.After repeatedly asking for his name and supervisor !!!
