  Drove an hour to get there. Got there 9:35 pm on Saturday. Online says closed at 10, when reached the door says closes at 10. The girl who was serving food on the table straight up said sorry we are closed. Please, change your signs because this is ridiculous, never going there again.

Portions are generous and food is flavorful till the last bite.

  The food always so delicious!!! Don’t know why today changed the service, it was terrible!!! The guy just always look at his phone. He’s in an other world! Feel sorry for the owner bcs really lose business if continue with this terrible service.

  I think this food is too sweet or rough or light. I’m not sure if it’s the cook or the cuisine. It’s my first time having Uyghur. The dishes are of the same name and or very similar to other dishes of different cuisines. For example, big plate chicken at dun huang is much better. More flavor. And the noodles are stickier. Kebab meat is better at this food cart in flushing by the Chase. Fattier lamb pieces. And way more dried spice on the meat. The noodle dishes are similar to Lan Zhou hand pulled style noodles which you can find all over. But I do prefer the Lan Zhou style more. The lamb dish is similar to many other lamb dishes out there. I do prefer mandi at Yemeni places more. More spices.

  Laghman was not good. Felt like It was from few days ago and reheated. Server was kind a look like she was bored and picky about costumers and get visibly annoyed by my questions. Recommended by my friends but hugely dissapointed. Compared to Turan in Dallas they have to work alot.
