Staff was nice, seating was good around lunch time. Usually it’s a come in go around work week lunch. I like to sit and eat, watch a show on my lunch break, and then leave.

I grabbed my order and headed out. Once I got to my car, I checked the bag and realized I had paid extra for a side sauce that wasn’t included. I went back inside to let the lady at the counter know. She did get the sauce for me, but her response came across a bit “nice nasty.” She said, “When you ask for extra, we put it on the sandwich. But I’ll go get it…” It may sound fine written out, but the tone and body language made it feel like I was bothering her for something I had actually paid for. When I got back to work and opened my bag again, I also noticed the napkins were balled up and tossed in the bag. It just didn’t feel like the order was prepared with much care. Maybe it’s just me being observant, but those little details stand out when you’re paying for service.
