  Cool place. Nice food. Terrible wait… we were told an hour to an hour and a half wait and waited three hours instead… we were told multiples times we were on the top of the wait list but clearly that was not true… we did not get any compensation or apology for it so it was poorly handled.Terrible experience

  The added heat lamps provided great comfort, and the server was initially very attentive; however, service became difficult to locate once the food arrived. The experience was further hindered by technical issues, as the sensors were unresponsive—requiring multiple tries to trigger a ball. Overall experience would be significantly improved with more spacing between the bays.

  ¡Excelente lugar para pasar el rato con amigos! No necesitas ser un experto en golf para divertirte. Las bahías con clima controlado son geniales para el calor de Texas y la comida superó mis expectativas (recomiendo los nachos). El ambiente es súper animado, especialmente por la noche.

  The server I had last night. Brandon to be exact. Everything was great until we got finished with our play time and more. He handed us the bill and we paid after we paid we told him we would leave the tip in cash since it was a party of 5. Half the party paid the bill the other half left a cash tip on the table. After getting through everything and our time was up, we got up and was walking out. Brandon stop me mid track and said “so are you still leaving the tip in cash or you going to leave it one the card” taken back with what he said I asked him to repeat himself. I looked at him politely said “tip is on the table”. I was completely taken back by this as I’ve never gotten asked this question before. As well as I am a server and so was the rest of my party, I personally have never asked a table to make sure I’m getting a tip off them no matter what the bill is. Either he needs to be retrained on how to speak to tables when it comes to tipping, but if he wants a bigger tip be attentive to your table. Our bill was 272 plus some change. We tipped him 50 so 10 bucks every time he came back to our table. But once again I’m truly taken back by this as it is disappointing and honestly disgusting.

  We hosted a birthday party at this place, as we had fun before when we came just as a family. Everything is overpriced, but it is fun for teens, so I agreed. The party itself went fine. It is a bit obnoxious that they make you register each player with a phone number and email address. So, the setup itself takes a bit of time, plus a bit invasive, in my opinion. We had 10 teens to set up, but we got it done and we enjoyed ourselves. The food was ok, not worth the money you pay for it, and my one margarita was so watered down, you can barely count it as a cocktail. Like I said, we’ve been there before, so it wasn’t a surprise. What made me write this review is what happened after the party. Some of the kids needed to wait for their parents to pick them up and told me they were going to pick up some golfballs from the hedges by the course. In retrospect, I should have told them no, but they said how they always do this when they go to Topgolf. Anyways, I followed them and they did gather a few golf balls to take home as souvenirs. That’s when 5 employees showed up and told them they can’t do this. They made such a big deal out of it, and treated these poor kids as criminals, it was just a few golf balls for crying out loud. They even called a security guard, who proceeded to intimidate them even more. These were 12-13 year olds, and we just spent $700+ at the place. Needless to say, we will not be going back. I’m sure we’re in the wrong here, but this situation could have been handled friendlier, with a lot less escalation, in my opinion.
