  I have been coming to this location for over 10 years, which is why this experience was so upsetting and shocking. After driving about an hour to attend a movie, I came in needing to use the restroom urgently before checking in and explained that to the employee at the front. Instead of being met with understanding, I was told I needed to leave the building to find a restroom elsewhere. Another employee ultimately allowed me to use the restroom. Before going, I did say that the situation felt like “horrible customer service,” because I was simply trying to use the restroom after a long drive. I was then told I could not speak that way and asked to address it with a manager afterward. When I came out of the restroom, the manager was already there. Without asking what had happened or giving me an opportunity to explain, he immediately told me I would not be allowed to stay and said security had been called. I wasn’t given a chance to resolve anything, use my ticket, or continue with what was meant to be a Valentine’s Day outing. Within minutes, multiple police officers and a security guard arrived to escort me out, even though I was calm and cooperative. The sudden escalation was extremely distressing. What began as a simple request turned into an experience that felt humiliating, frightening, and completely unnecessary. As a long-time customer, this was deeply disappointing. A conversation and a little compassion could have resolved this. I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled so no one else has to go through something similar.

  The menu has definitely been downgraded since they first opened. Servers are friendly, but food comes out very slow. If you want to eat here before your movie, best to arrive and order at least an hour before start time. It's not terrible, and if you want to get dinner and a movie all in once pace, it's an OK experience. It's a bit overpriced, but that should be expected a move theater restaurant. DO NOT order food at the restaurant, then go into the theater, otherwise you'll have to come out and get it yourself. If you want to eat in the theater, just order from the servers in the theater and they'll bring it to you (and food comes out faster that way).

  I believe they were under new management. My first experience was amazing and they called to confirm my bday reservations, total opposite this go around... food was decent, it took forever to get the drinks out but the ambiance was still refreshing.
