My only suggestion is that the soup could have been served hotter, it was more warm than piping hot. I also ordered the fried eggrolls and spring rolls, which were a bit disappointing. They were pre-made and sitting under heat lamps, similar to fries under warming lights or spring rolls you might find at a supermarket. I was hoping for something fresher, especially considering how strong the pho was. The Pho dip sandwich was okay.. nothing bad, but nothing that really stood out either. Overall, solid pho with good flavor. I’d come back and give them another try.
