    Man Im sorry to say, but this place closed down way to sudden for anybody to enjoy. I really hated to see this place close down. Really wish it could go back up.

    Everything was good. But small portions. I thought I would get a portion of 2 fish for my sandwich and only got 1 fish for the price of 12$ . It’s smaller than the kids meal for 8$ which should have been the price of the white fish sandwich. Barely know the fish is there

    Ordered the Catfish basket, got a kittyfish basket. The one piece of fish was a half of a half of piece of fish. They should be ashamed of serving the small piece. Wished I would've checked my order before leaving. To far to drive back and was at work.

    I used ‘The Catch’ app to order my food and per the app it would be ready at 7:58 PM. After arriving at 8:10 PM and the food was still not ready. I was told my food would be out in another 10 minutes, but that turned into another 40 minutes. On top of that, for 15 minutes prior they have been calling a name out ‘Lisa’ to pick up their to-go order, turns out that was my order under the wrong name. Once I arrived home with what I thought was $50+ worth of food I ordered, I realized my entire order was incorrect and the food was extremely salty (even after using condiments, the food was inedible). This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience with The Catch, so I’ll just chalk it up to them having a very bad day. Although my experience was unsatisfactory, I can say that when I called back to explain the situation, I was told by one of the managers that they would replace my entire order the next day and apologized for the wait as well as the inconvenience I experienced. All-in-all, the customer service saved my continued patronage to the establishment, as I understand mistakes do happen and everyone deserves grace, especially when you are sincere with the apology.
