  Got my order after 10 min get to work my chicken sandwich was a dry bun and a pickle. Nothing else

  So I went to get food for my family and when I came up to the drive thru they where trying to rush me on ordering my food. So then when I started ordering my food for me my husband and our 6 kids the men that where making the food I could hear them as I was ordering saying all hell no these people crazy ordering this food saying the didn't want to make what I ordered and so I ordered 8 burritos I only got 6 burritos and my Mexican pizza i told them no tomatoes and they still put them on there the lady that was taking the order was very rude. This isn't fair to me and my family to be treated this way when going to get food. Can someone please get back with me over this?

  Very disappointed with this Taco Bell. I ordered a Cantina Chicken Burrito, but instead I was given some kind of bowl that looked nothing like what I ordered. I politely told the staff that this wasn’t my order and asked for the correct item. A minute later, they handed me a burrito, but it honestly seemed like they just dumped the ingredients from the bowl into a tortilla. It had rice and other ingredients that are not supposed to be in a Cantina Chicken Burrito. What made the experience even worse was that the staff tried to argue with me, insisting that this is “their Taco Bell” and that their menu doesn’t have to match other Taco Bell locations. That makes absolutely no sense — customers expect consistency from a national brand. The service was terrible, the attention to detail was nonexistent, and the food quality was just as bad. They eventually remade it, but even then the burrito wasn’t grilled like it normally is — it was just wrapped and handed to me. One of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. Definitely not coming back.

  The worst place ever.When y'all come here double check your order and price because they over price you for something that you got even if the price is right in front of your face. I ordered chicken and sides and they took for ever I just wanted to get home and eat after a long day at work and they still messed up my damn order . Items missing and I was aggravated because I wanted all my sides and half of them missing. The workers were rude and slow even if they had over 5 workers they just bs around and be lazy.
