  This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at any business. I realized after leaving the drive thru that the cashier never gave me my card back. Not long after, I noticed additional charges on my card that I did NOT authorize. The timing was far too close to ignore, and the whole situation felt extremely suspicious. When I called the store, the person who answered confirmed they had my card, but the moment I asked why more charges appeared, she hung up on me. When I called back, she claimed to be the manager, yet she was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and refused to answer a single question. She acted like none of it mattered and just kept telling me to “come get your card,” while avoiding every concern I brought up. The entire experience made me feel like my card was completely mishandled while it was in their possession. Whether it was negligence or something worse, it’s absolutely unacceptable. I strongly warn others to be cautious about handing over their card at this location, because the staff did not act in a trustworthy way at all. I will not be returning to this specific location ever again.

  It's the first time that employees in the delivery service company actually don't go to the toilet for the lack of food. The toilet is so expensive.It is not suitable for food couriers to enter and exit in the future.
