  I would love this location because its my closest one but the 5818 Richmond ave location is way better i love to get my fries fresh and always make sure to ask kindly because i understand sometimes it could be a hassle but when i ask they never actually do it just says they will and never do but the richmond location always always keeps their word. The staff definitely needs a bit more training or care!!

  I had an amazing experience at Taco Bell thanks to Joel. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. It is rare to see someone take that much pride in their work at a fast food spot, but Joel truly stands out. He handled everything quickly and efficiently, made sure my order was completely accurate, and even double checked to ensure I had everything I needed before I left. The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly made. You can tell he cares about quality and customer satisfaction. What impressed me most was his attitude. Even during a busy rush, he stayed calm, positive, and focused. Employees like Joel are the reason customers keep coming back. He represents the brand extremely well and absolutely deserves recognition for his hard work and leadership potential. If anyone from management sees this, Joel is management material. He deserves a promotion.
