  Came in for a mobile order and was told they didn't receive my order because theyre having internet problems, then proceeded to help several spanish speaking online order customers and leaving me there because i was speaking english. Asked again and they just kinda stood there, then I said I'm done and left without my order altogether.

  I placed my order ahead through the app and still ended up waiting almost an hour for my food. While I was standing there waiting, the staff continued serving orders that were placed after mine. I reminded them multiple times about my order and kept hearing the same response: “Sorry, we’re busy, we’ll get right to it.” Yet nothing happened. It wasn’t until nearly an hour later that they finally started working on my order. It honestly felt like my order was being skipped on purpose. At one point I even told a staff member that if my order hadn’t been made yet, they could just refund it, but she completely ignored me. If you’re planning to order here, be prepared to wait an hour for your food, even if you order ahead through the app. I’m usually patient and don’t leave negative reviews over things like this, but this experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

  To whom it may concern. I stoped in Taco Bell 12351 F.M 1960 West. Date 02/12/2026 Time : 10:26 pm. Norm M. I spent $ 38.50 to Only get home to find that my order was just thrown together like they where feeding a Dog out side My ordered ,( 2 Chicken Quesadilla, 1 Nugget Deluxe Combo, 1 Discovery Box.... To eat with my other family members. My Quesadilla where fixed poorly, not cut at all. I ashed for extra side cup of Necho Cheese, 1 side cup of Guacamole... I was charged for them, but I have not seen them yet in my order.... This is why it is so important not to take people's words when they say it's all in the bag. Bullshit !!!!!!! So now I get to go to bed hungry, and $40 Dollars less in my pocket.... Food for Thought Of you do not like your job please find what you enjoy doing do your customers don't have to suffer..... 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬....
