  Walked in after working for 16 hours locally and the kiosk locked up so I went to the counter to order and was told to order on the kiosk.i stated I had tried and it locked up in response the employee acted as if I was a burden. So I left and went to another local establishment. Customer service is everything. I don't expect to be treated as a king but I do expect someone to do their job. Never go to this location ever.

  Fantastic. I LOVE TACO BELL. To the crew working at 9:30p on 3/17 👍🏼👍🏼. We mobile ordered over 10 items all of which were customized to be vegetarian and not one wrong item when we picked it up. Food was hot and the cheesy bean and rice burritos were TOP NOTCH. Evenly filled. Hate it when a bite of a burrito is of one single ingredient. We go to a lot of TBs, this is one of our favorites. It's also a must visit whenever we're at IAH. Minor improvements would be that one of the sodas was a little flat and the chalupa wrap wasn't as freshly hot.

  I came Taco Bell because I wanted to get some food, I just needed to go to the bathroom first. The manager, told me I needed to order something to be let in the bathroom because the code was at the bottom of the receipt. was going to order anyway, but I was forced to order even though i needed to go to the bathroom before. I ordered then she told me their is no code at the bottom of the receipt I have to get it from the computer. So she lied to me about the code, just to get me order which I was going to do anyway? I didn’t know Taco Bell made commission. Horrible service never coming to this Tacobell again.
