  I usually don’t leave reviews, but this location really needs to improve. The management here seems completely disorganized, and it shows in both the service and the quality of the food. The last few times I’ve been, my order was either wrong, poorly made, or just downright unappetizing. The food often looks thrown together and doesn’t taste fresh at all. What makes it worse is the overall atmosphere—staff (aside from one exception) often seem like they don’t want to be there, which reflects in how customers are treated. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, it’s lacking here. The only positive experience I’ve had is with an employee named Jazmine. She consistently has a great attitude, is polite, and actually makes customers feel welcome. She takes orders professionally and never makes it seem like it’s a burden to do her job. She’s the only reason I’ve even considered coming back. Management seriously needs to step up, improve food quality, and ensure the rest of the team meets the same standard of customer service that Jazmine provides. She works morning shift. I noticed she has not been here and was told she no longer works there, so I will not be returning back to this location. To be honest I fell only time my food was made right is when she was here.

  The reason for the one star is because this place has poor management all the managers here are rude,but I did have great experience with this one young lady in drive through I believe she told me her name was Jazmine she is the reason I even come to this location due to her good customer service and she's always nice to me when I come through the drive through I give her a 10 star review...but like I said the managent here has very poor customer service.

  I came through the drive thru today around 1 o’clock and the woman working the drive thru was AMAZING! I ordered extra sour cream and nacho cheese on my nacho bellgrande and 10 hot sauce and 10 mold sauce, just like I do every Taco Bell I go to, AND for the first time that I can remember she gave me 10 hot sauce and 10 mild sauce the FIRST time and there really was extra sour cream and nacho cheese sauce ON the nacho bellgrande…and I literally can not remember how many years it has been since this has happened. Thank you for actually listening to me and doing what I ask. I had the lick the plate and my fingers clean which is JUST how I like it, and PAY for it to be.

  Horrible service. I waited in line for 10 minutes to pick up my DoorDash order and I was told to pull up to the window and then the lady manager told me that I need to get back in line after the guy in the drive-through clearly told me to pull up to the window so now I’m stuck in the drive-through line going on 30 minutes now. They have no consideration for the customers
