  my cheesy fiesta potatoes were lowkey burnt but they were highkey better that way also the drive-thru lady was nice

  I always go here cause i work late and this is one of the few places still open and usually have a good experience but 03/23 at 12am i wanted food so I ordered online and they close at 2am btw but they had locked and blocked the doors so I had to wait 30 mins in the drive through just for fries and a single taco, i couldnt cancel the order and didnt wanna waste my money, also there were people inside the building still getting and ordering stuff, so yeah just wanna share my two cents

  Literally waited 30 mins for our order watched 11 people get their food before me and no one was even acknowledging front of house. There were 5-6 doordashers at any given time that were also getting their food before I did. There is a code on the bathroom that’s you’d ace to get from a staff member but once again nobody was paying any lick of attention to the front. When we finally got the code there was trash everywhere even in the front of house where tables needed cleaned there was trash everywhere highly don’t recommend this Taco Bell

  I had a really disappointing experience at Taco Bell. It was my first time ever trying their food, and I was honestly excited to see what the hype was about. Unfortunately, the staff wasn’t helpful at all when I asked for suggestions. Since I had never been there before, I asked the employee if they could recommend something popular or explain the menu a little. Instead of helping, they seemed uninterested and basically told me to just look at the menu myself at there self checkout machine. The menu has so many options, and for a first-time customer it can be confusing. Good customer service makes a huge difference, especially for new customers. A simple recommendation or a little guidance would have gone a long way. Sadly, this experience left a bad first impression.

  OK food, good service, OK atmosphere. The food is very OK. It did not taste fresh, and the crunch wrap was paper thin and had no filling. The cheesy potatoes were mushy – they had no crisp to them. Cheesy bean and rice burrito was pretty good. Three cheese chicken flatbread was OK – it was almost entirely bread and not much chicken. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the restaurant is OK, however, it is a little inconvenient to get in and out.
