  Bullshit people ripped me off telling me they couldn’t cancel an online order “we just made it” they said. When I literally called not even a minute after the order was put in so I could cancel it. They hung up on me after telling me to call the app. VERY DISRESPECT UNPROFESSIONAL

  Where do i even start, went in today 4/4 at 8:30pm for my pick up order. When I asked where my order was since it said it was ready it had been sitting by the drive through window the whole time. When given the bag by this young man I proceed to tell him that's not all my food. I finay get my second bag in that time a lady that looked like the manager started chit chatting with another employee from another taco bell that came to visit her. Meanwhile im asking for honey mustard sauce and no one seems to be hearing me. Let's just say over all experience horrible, horrible customer service, horrible food and yes our food was cold and not even made correct. I highly recommend not coming to this location!!!

  I was very disappointed with the food quality and service. I ordered a bean burrito, but the tortilla was extra crispy, never had this happen. My order was poorly prepared and didn’t taste fresh at all. All of my items were cold, no condiments that I requested. The manager of the store personally prepared this order, I expected much better. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend this specific store.

  The taco chips are mostly rancid and extremely smelly due to smelly oil. Have complained many times but no improvement at all.
