  Just ordered, food cold, didn’t give the cheese for the fries…. There wasn’t a line, it wasn’t busy, just lazy and bad service .

  The food is always great, burritos are never dry and tomatoes are very fresh. Christina, Rosi, and Daniel are also always super helpful and kind when coming here. They greet everyone that comes in and say goodbye to whoever leaves. If there’s a problem with your order they always help you figure it out. Best location in Houston!!!

  I ordered online the Taco Bell app and went to the Taco Bell drived through to pick it up. Yeah, when I got there they had said the order didn't go through but I take screenshots every time I take an order because things like this happens then, one of the female managers I didn't catch her name. started to get a little frustrated I tried to explain it that the app was not working. But it took the money out of my account and I showed her the proof, unfortunately, all she told me was that. She couldn't make it because it didn't go through on her side. Then, she went back to work. And another employee came up to me, her name was Rosa, very sweet lady. She came up to me and helped me figuring out it and i got my food, and she was showing MAS at its finest with the greatest hospitality and kindness, I have seen in a while. I will definitely come back. "thank you rosa."
