  They treat the restroom as a SCIF, they won't give a paying customer the code to use it so you have to wait till they're done taking all their orders to open the restroom. The drink station has never been turned on so again, you have to wait until they're done with taking orders and filling them to get a refill. I would not recommend eating here. They tray your food is served in is wet, they don't have the courtesy to wipe it down clean.

  I had a frustrating experience while trying to redeem a rewards code. The staff was unhelpful and I was not allowed to use my reward despite following the app instructions. Customer service could have handled the situation much better. Overall, I was disappointed with how this was handled.

  The main GM. WAS VERY POLITE , KIND , AND HELPFUL The food was on time , staff was great and the food was fresh , hot and well cooked . Thankyou ☺️ I recommend the 5$ box 📦

  Ordered online and when I got there, they said they couldn’t make my order because I would have to wait 35 minutes for steak to be cooked. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund and she said they can’t do refunds, “they don’t work with the app”. Have no idea what that’s supposed to mean since it’s literally tacobell.com. She told me I have to cancel it myself and get myself refunded, kept trying to tell her there’s no option for that on the website and she just said she can’t cancel or refund my order. Had to basically take the incorrect food since she gave me no choice other than waiting half an hour for steak.
