The kind lady - whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask - helped me placing an online order instead which unfortunately also didn’t work. She then offered me to come back tomorrow to pay (I have meetings this week close by) and let me enjoy the sandwich. Very kind service!

I seldom frequent fast food. restaurants, but I wanted to try one of those protein pockets and went in to the subway on bay area. I have ocd and needed to wash my hands. They have a lock on the door and I asked hershe said her name was Iris, she says are you buying anything? And I did say, that's why I'm here. But I like to wash my hands. She was rude from beginning to end. I couldn't get in with the cold she than pulls out a wrapper like i'm going to buy something before I use the restroom and wash my hand. I just asked her for her name. Like I told her, it takes nothing to show some common courtesy.And some customer service. She was looking at me like she wanted to come over there and attack me.
