  Walked in with my wife and the service was very poor. The guy asked what would I like, turns around lie in my face and says hey don’t have a footlong of Italian urban cheese, he said he only had a half of one. I look behind him it’s two Italian urban cheese 6 inches so I told him I’ll take that. This man pulls it out rip bread out and squeezes it. Then told me it’s to crunchy……. The date it happened was 4/1/2026 at 9:30. He didn’t care and it was very unprofessional, of him to do that

  Saw a roach on a cup. Service was awful, one worker and she mumbled everything she said. Got my sandwich toasted and it was still ice cold, cheese wasn't even melted.

  Went to this location a couple days ago, The worker Elijah was very strange and asking me weird questions, food was subpar and a very uncomfortable experience.

  there is a worker here i believe his name is matthew, he is extremely polite and everything that he has ever made when i’ve been here has been perfect 👌🏽
