  I came to this Subway location for lunch after spending the morning at the doctor’s office. When I walked in, I was greeted and asked how I could be helped. I ordered a Cheesy Garlic Cheesesteak on flatbread. While my sandwich was being prepared, I noticed a fly coming from the meat area—twice. I immediately brought this to the employee’s attention. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, he appeared to have an attitude about having to remake the sandwich. Toward the end of the transaction, the cashier asked him in Spanish what I had ordered. He responded in a very disrespectful manner about me, clearly upset that I requested a new sandwich. I was able to understand the conversation both by using a translation app and because I understand Spanish to some extent. This experience was very concerning—not only due to the sanitation issue, but also because of the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior displayed by the staff. I expect better customer service and cleanliness standards. I would appreciate this matter being addressed promptly.

  ⭐ 0-Star Review (If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would) If I could give this location zero stars, I would. On the afternoon of 2/28/26, I experienced extremely poor customer service. The employee working at the front refused to give me the restroom code when I politely asked, saying I had to make a purchase first. I explained that I was about to order five sandwiches and drinks for my family, but he still refused. What made it worse was his mocking, disrespectful attitude. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he acted as if it was funny. I am a returning customer, not someone with no intention to buy. Because of the way I was treated, I decided not to complete my purchase. Management should review who was working the front that afternoon and address this behavior immediately. Customers deserve basic respect. I will not be returning.
